Try Maxmodern in your space with our 60-day return policy for customers worldwide. We’re able to offer this extended window because we’re confident you’ll love the craftsmanship and comfort of every piece. Please review your order details or reach out to support.
Return Conditions
Items must be new, unused, and returned in original, undamaged packaging.
Products showing signs of damage, scratches, stains, or alterations are not eligible for return.
An unboxing video and photos are required for claims related to damage, missing parts, or defects.
Only items in original packaging will be accepted.
Restocking Fee & Refund Terms
100% refund (excluding shipping) if the return is requested within 14 days of delivery.
After 14 days (up to the 60-day window), a 15% restocking fee applies.
Refunds are for the item subtotal and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges (original and return) are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from the final refund.
Order Cancellations & Exclusions
Cancel within 12 hours: Get a full refund, as long as the order has not been picked for shipment.
After 12 hours (but before shipment): Orders canceled after 12 hours but before shipment are refunded minus a 5% processing fee.
Order shipped/in transit: Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. You may request a return after delivery.
Refusing delivery is not considered a valid cancellation—please accept delivery and process your return per our policy.
Custom, Made-To-Order, And Bulk Orders
Custom or made-to-order products are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable once confirmed, as these are built to your specifications.
Bulk orders ($5,000): Final sale. No cancellation or return is accepted for bulk purchases.
Delivery & Packaging Claims
Carefully inspect your package at delivery. If you notice packaging damage, inform the delivery agent and make a note on the delivery receipt before signing.
Once signed for, packaging claims cannot be made.
If you miss your scheduled delivery, a fee will be applied for rescheduling and return logistics.
